Outreach Coordinator Intern—Part-time, paid position (Remote/USA)
The Beyond Celiac development team seeks a passionate, communicative, and resourceful intern to assist in expanding our national footprint by connecting with and reaching out to new candidates for partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships. The Outreach Intern will play a critical role in spreading the Beyond Celiac mission to new parties and serve as a representative of the organization and our vision.
Responsibilities
- Research companies, corporations, and organizations in the celiac disease, gluten-free, and patient advocacy spaces
- Identify and reach out to potential sources for sponsorship and partnership
- Develop and propose unique ideas for collaborations and methods for outreach
- Draft correspondences and meet and discuss opportunities for collaboration
Minimum Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate student
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
Eligible to work in the United States
- Excellent organizational, oral, interpersonal, and written skills
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a willingness to ask questions
- Solid project management skills and willingness to pitch in and help on different projects at any given time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or interest in celiac disease and the gluten-free diet and/or drug development
- Studying marketing, communications, public relations, or a similar field
- Familiarity and experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
Logistics
- $15.00 per hour
- Part-time, 20 hours/week
- Fully remote
This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with the Beyond Celiac Development Team. The position will report directly to the Director of Corporate Partnerships.
Timeline
