Gluten-Free M&M cookies

2/3 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup sweet rice flour
1/4 cup teff flour
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups M & M
1. With a mixer, cream together the butter and shortening.
2. Add the brown and white sugar and beat until well mixed.
3. Continue mixing and add the eggs and vanilla.
4. Add all dry ingredients and mix well.
5. With a spoon, mix in the M & M’s.
6.Drop by tablespoons full on to an un-greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen.
