Bold Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb. Boar’s Head Bold Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken, slices ¼” thick
  • 1 stick celery, finely chopped
  • ½ cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/3 cup pineapple, chunked
  • 1/3 cup red pepper, sliced
  • ½ tsp. black sesameseeds
  • 2 Tbsp. gluten-free tamari sauce
  • 1 head Bibb lettuce

Directions:

  1. Place Boar’s Head Bold Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken onto a clean work surface and julienne.
  2. Place the julienned chicken, celery, carrots, pineapple, red pepper and sesame seeds into a mixing bowl.
  3. Gently toss ingredients, pouring in the tamari to coat evenly.
  4. Once combined evenly, spoon mixture inside each lettuce leaf and serve.
