RedBrick Pizza Adds to Gluten-Free Menu

NFCA GREAT Business Association member now offers flatbread sandwiches with gluten-free dough.

RedBrick Pizza, a fast casual restaurant chain and member of the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness’ (NFCA) GREAT Business Association, has introduced new gluten-free Fhazani flatbread sandwiches. Especially for gluten sensitive diners, the Fhazani expands RedBrick’s gluten-free menu offerings featuring savory gluten-free pizzas.

Fhazani flatbread sandwiches are topped with fresh chilled greens and house dressing, folded into the restaurant’s signature fire-roasted gluten-free dough. Customers can create their own Fhazani or choose from an array of sandwiches with less than 500 calories each.

While the restaurants are not dedicated gluten-free establishments, RedBrick has gone to great lengths to train their staff and utilizes separate prep and bake processes to keep customers safe and prevent any potential for cross contamination. The entire process has been reviewed and accepted by NFCA.

“RedBrick Pizza has a meticulous production process designed around safety and consistency,” noted Restaurant Dietician Darcie Ellyne. “…People with celiac can be confident that they’ll enjoy a reliable gluten-free pizza or Fhazani flatbread sandwich. They also have delicious and healthy menu items that cater to everybody in the family.”
