NFCA Founder to Kick Off Celiac Awareness Month on Radio Show

Tune to 98.1 FM Philadelphia on May 1 to hear Alice Bast talk about gluten-free mission.

Philadelphia radio station 98.1 WOGL will broadcast an interview with Alice Bast, founder & president of the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, on May 1 – the first day of National Celiac Awareness Month.

Alice will be a guest on “Philadelphia Agenda with Brad Segall” at 6:30 a.m. ET, talking about celiac disease and her work at NFCA. Those interested in learning more about the condition and NFCA’s mission to improve diagnosis rates will benefit from this broadcast.

This month, NFCA is also celebrating the founder’s prestigious award win. Alice won the Philadelphia Award for her efforts to improve the lives of those in the metropolitan region and beyond. She will accept the award at a ceremony on May 17.
