New GREAT-Trained Restaurants Ready to Serve Gluten-Free

Chefs and caterers across the U.S. are turning to NFCA for gluten-free foodservice training.

The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) is proud to announce the newest graduates of GREAT (Gluten-Free Resource Education and Awareness Training) Kitchens, the organization’s gluten-free training program. These restaurants, caterers, schools and camps have learned the proper protocols for safely preparing and serving gluten-free food. They invite gluten-free customers to enjoy a safe and satisfying gluten-free meal at their establishments. To learn more about GREAT Kitchens, visit www.CeliacLearning.com.
