“Celiac Central: Bits & Bites” goes behind-the-scenes at NFCA.
The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness has started a staff blog. Announced in NFCA’s December 2010 newsletter, Celiac Central: Bits & Bites will share stories and experiences, both in and out of the office, from NFCA’s dedicated staff.
The blog lets staff members get a little more personal with fans, followers and other curious readers. It’s also another opportunity to interact, as comments are encouraged.
“Celiac Central: Bits and Biteswill help you get to know the faces behind the logo. Plus, our posts just might answer a few burning questions,” NFCA Founder & President Alice Bast stated December’s “Note from Alice,” which included the blog announcement.
