The “Crash” star, who has celiac disease, plans to open up shop in New York City.
Actress Jennifer Esposito is bringing her gluten-free muffins to the public. The “Crash” star, who now appears in the CBS show “Blue Bloods,” revealed that she will be opening a gluten-free bakery in New York City, according to ContactMusic.com.
Esposito spoke about her interest in gluten-free baking when she appeared on “The Late Show with David Letterman” last week. “I wish I would have brought you some of my muffins. They are so good!” she told the host.
The actress went gluten-free after being diagnosed with celiac disease a few years ago. Last July, she wrote candidly about her symptoms and misdiagnoses in a guest post on Global Grind.
