NFCA Puts Gluten-Free Spin on March Madness

Series of polls and games will be capped off with $100 recipe link exchange.

Inspired by March Madness, the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) has launched a “Dunk” Challenge and educational games to celebrate the gluten-free lifestyle. The month-long series of fun and family-friendly activities will cap off with a $100 cash giveaway to one lucky gluten-free fan, courtesy of Crunchmaster.

NFCA’s “Dunk” Challenge is a voter-driven tournament that asks “Which dip do you like to dunk?” Sixteen popular gluten-free dips are in the running, but only one will be crowned the ChampionDip. Fans can place their votes on NFCA’s Facebook page, under the Questions tab.

During the Finals Round (March 28-April 1), only two dips will remain. Fans will be encouraged to share a link to their favorite recipe featuring their dip of choice among the two. Among those who share a link, one winner will be selected to receive $100 cash.

The month-long event also includes Activities for Awareness, educational games created by NFCA to help families learn more about celiac disease and the gluten-free lifestyle while having fun. A new Activity for Awareness will be posted each week until the “Dunk” Challenge Final Round.
