Leaders of the national organizations working in the field of gluten-related disorders gathered to work towards common goals for the celiac and gluten sensitive community.
Over this past weekend (October 27-28), Chicago was the scene of a landmark event for the celiac community. Leaders of the national organizations working in the field of gluten-related disorders gathered together to work on projects of mutual interest to all of our communities. Representatives of the American Celiac Disease Alliance (ACDA), Celiac Disease Foundation (CDF), Celiac Sprue Association (CSA), Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) and National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) joined forces to identify areas ripe for collaboration that will benefit from a vigorous joint approach.
All of us at NFCA truly appreciate everyone coming together to devote the time and energy to developing creative and impactful ways that we will work together starting right now to further both our individual and shared missions. Together, we are restoring health and reclaiming lives!
