Bagels & Beyond Meetup

Meet others on the gluten-free diet at either of our Ambassador meetups, one in LA and one in NYC. You’ll be able to chat with others who have celiac disease, learn more about the work we’re doing at Beyond Celiac to support patients today and find a cure for tomorrow, and, if you so choose, enjoy a gluten-free bagel or two (not provided). We hope to see you there!

GastroBites

An expert panel (including professionals from the Beyond Celiac community) wo;; discuss how the signs and symptoms of celiac disease affect the lives of those diagnosed. In addition to the more commonly recognized GI symptoms, the conversation will also cover extraintestinal symptoms. You’ll hear directly from a patient who will share their personal story and offer insight into the physical, emotional and social burden of living with celiac disease.

This event is intended for a medical professional audience, but all are welcome.

Attend a Baseball Game to Support Our Work—MN or MA!

This May, we’re partnering with two MLB teams for Celiac Awareness Month! If you purchase tickets through the links for the May 17 game in Fenway Stadium as the Red Sox take on the Braves or the May 25 game in Target Field as the Twins take on the Royals, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Beyond Celiac. So invite your friends and family and head out to the ballpark—together, we can strike out celiac disease!

Community Day at Stanford

Join the Stanford Medicine Children’s Health Center for IBD and Celiac Disease for their annual community day! The Celiac Strong event offers education, fun, and food! Learn about celiac disease, play games with med students and members of the celiac community, and sample delicious gluten-free goodies from vendors across the Bay Area! This year’s Celiac Strong event features two inclusive options: a technical option with doctors discussing leading-edge research and clinical trials, as well as a general option with ice-breakers, games, and snack-making.
