Hi everyone! My name is Amalia and I’m 16 years old and am from Baltimore, Maryland. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in April of 2022. I love to travel and I’m glad that I am able to embrace celiac through it.
My diagnosis has also influenced what I want to study in college! I would like to go into international business and work with companies to bring gluten-free food from other countries over to the US. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with Beyond Celiac and look forward to working with everyone!
