Founder of Gluten Free Watchdog, LLC Tricia Thompson, MS, RD, is conducting a survey to learn more about the potential implications of rice consumption by the gluten-free community.

Adults with celiac disease are being asked to participate in a brief survey about rice-based product consumption. Results from the survey, which is being conducted by Tricia Thompson, MS, RD, founder of Gluten Free Watchdog, LLC and Brian Jackson, PhD at Dartmouth College, will provide important information regarding the implications of rice consumption by the gluten-free community.
