Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo
The Western Foodservice and Hospitality Expo is all about industry professionals learning about the latest trends and products. Foodservice professionals are encouraged to come learn about the gluten-free diet, which is not a trend for the people living with celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity (‘gluten sensitivity’), but the only treatment currently available for these conditions. NFCA GREAT Kitchens Affiliate Karen Kurokawa will present a session about gluten-free foodservice and safety protocols for serving customers with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
