The German Society of Digestive and Metabolic Diseases is proud to announce its Spring Conference 2012. This year’s topic will be “Frontiers in Coeliac Disease.” The Society has invited a number of distinguished speakers in the field who will deliver state-of-the-art overviews on different aspects of celiac pathophysiology, including immunopathogenesis, epithelial barrier, refractory celiac disease, epidemiology, and recent developments in celiac diagnostics. This year´s Spring Conference is dedicated to Professor Riecken in honor of his 80th birthday.
