After six great years at Penn State, the expo is coming to the Capital region. Enjoy artisan gluten-free products, GF concessions, and door prizes. Attend sessions from gluten-free advocate and baking guru Jules Shepard, as well as the Penn State Health Celiac Clinic.
Guests will be able to sample, purchase from, and interact with over 50 exhibitors in a gluten-free environment! Attendees walk out with great samples and amazing door prizes! Our mission is to provide those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity access to products, information and resources that allow you to thrive, not just survive, while gluten-free. VIP early entry and general admission tickets will go on-sale September 5th. There will be presentations from gluten-free advocate and baking expert “GF Jules” Shepard and the Penn State Health Celiac Clinic.
