Atlanta Foodservice Expo & GREAT Kitchens Training Session

The Atlanta Foodservice Show brings foodservice, hospitality and restaurant professionals together under one roof to learn about the latest industry trends, products and technologies. The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) will be in attendance to promote the importance of safe gluten-free food preparation as well as the Gluten-Free Resource Education and Awareness (GREAT) Kitchens program, designed to teach industry professionals just that.

When: Sunday, October 20, 2013 to Tuesday, October 22, 2013

Time: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (3:30 p.m. on Tuesday)
