In “The Gluten-Free Marketplace: Valuable Insights & Updates”, Beckee Moreland, Director of Gluten-Free Industry Initiatives, for the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness will be discuss the most current information regarding FDA regulations, gluten-free labeling, and certification. The presentation will include current consumer and product trends as well as how to merchandise, use social marketing, and establish your store as a celiac and gluten-free resource center for your community. Beckee will also address recent medical developments in the area of celiac disease and gluten sensitivity as it continues to affect the ever-changing profile of the gluten-free consumer.
