Second Annual Central PA Gluten-Free Expo

The second annual Central PA Gluten Free Expo will include over 40 local and national exhibitors, educational presentations, door prizes and samples. This year’s guest speaker is world-renowned celiac disease expert Dr. Alessio Fasano, a member of NFCA’s Scientific/Medical Advisory Council. Attendees will receive a tote bag with offers and gluten-free samples will be given to the first 500 adult guests that day. A children’s activity area will feature allergen-free play dough and face painting courtesy of Better Batter. When: Sunday, November 9, 2014 Where: Penn Stater Conference Center and Hotel Time: 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cost: $5 advance tickets are on sale now at various area locations, or at-the-door for $10.
