Attention, foodservice professionals! Been hearing a lot about “gluten-free” lately? Come see the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) at the Michigan Restaurant Association Show to learn about the gluten-free diet and the gluten-related disorders it’s prescribed to treat. NFCA will be teaching restaurant professionals how to provide safe and superior gluten-free meals for customers living with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity.
