L.A. Arepa Bar Food Truck Event & Fundraiser
Chef Alejandra Schrader will promote celiac disease awareness during a “pop-up food truck” event in Venice, CA. A Top 10 Finalist in Season 2 of “MasterChef,” Chef Schrader caters to clients’ dietary needs, including celiac disease. She will prepare arepas – a gluten-free dish – and distribute NFCA’s educational materials during the food truck event.
