Pizza Expo is the world’s largest pizza-only trade show. Pizza-related products and services are represented exclusively on the show floor. Educational seminars, cooking demonstrations and other programming address the specific needs and concerns of pizza operators. NFCA Director of Gluten-Free Industry Initiatives Beckee Moreland will be in attendance to learn about the latest in pizza innovations and advocate for gluten-free training through NFCA’s GREAT Kitchens program.
