Gluten-Free Shopping Workshop
The Rachel Way Gluten Free and Dairy Free Food Pantry presents a workshop on savvy gluten-free shopping. Learn how to read ingredient labels, spot hidden gluten, make healthier choices, stock your pantry and plan great meals. Kim Moyer of Beyond Celiac will be present to answer questions about grocery shopping for the gluten-free diet.
