Gluten-Free Educational Retreats
It can take years to learn how to successfully navigate a healthy, gluten-free lifestyle. Melinda Dennis, a registered dietitian with 15 years experience in nutritional counseling, is here to help people with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity (‘gluten sensitivity’) by providing them with in-depth knowledge about the gluten-free diet. She is hosting two upcoming weekend-long workshops that will include gluten-free gourmet food, personal Q&A time, cooking demos, product recommendations, and carefully selected gluten-free samples. There will also be optional yoga, hiking, and professional massages offered.
The cost for each retreat is $550.
