Gluten-Free Baking Class 101
Need some help with gluten-free baking? Join this basic 2 hour class, taught by JayBee’s Cafe’s Gluten-Free Baker Sally Bowdle, who has been baking gluten-free since 2006.
Gluten-Free Baking Class 101 includes dinner and offers plenty of time to ask questions and meet others who are gluten-free. Learn where to find gluten-free flours, how to blend them and and how to make bread, muffins and cookies. Samples will be plentiful.
