If you’ve been recently diagnosed with a gluten-related disorder, like celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy, then this 101 class is for you! Hosted by the Lancaster Area Celiacs, this session will teach attendees:

  • How to eat
  • Where & what to eat
  • Safe dining tips
  • Where to look for hidden gluten
  • How to make gluten-free flour
  • And more!

Time: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (with a Q&A from 9 to 9:30)

Cost: $3 donation
