Trivia Questions of the Month

Question

Is cider gluten-free?

Answer

It depends on the type! Apple cider is naturally gluten-free and hard cider is generally gluten-free, but some varieties of both products may contain gluten-containing additives, flavorings or may be subject to cross-contact.
