Ashley Berg
Associate Director of Science
Ashley joined the team at Beyond Celiac in 2025 as the Associate Director of Scientific Research. Previously, Ashley served as a clinical research coordinator for over a decade working in women’s health and neonatology. In addition, she has experience with IND and IDE clinical trials in the cardiovascular specialty. Ashley holds BA degrees in both Psychology and Interdisciplinary Studies in Health and Human Services from the State University of New York at Buffalo as well as an MSEd from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education where she studied Interdisciplinary Studies in Human Development. Ashley, diagnosed with celiac disease as a teenager, is motivated personally and professionally to be part of a team working toward a cure.
