NFCA launches nationwide survey to gain more insight into challenges of living gluten-free on campus.
The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) is seeking gluten-free college students and graduate students to participate in a nationwide survey about their experiences on campus, including meal options and social challenges.
The survey will help NFCA identify students’ most pressing concerns and guide the development of new resources and tools to address those concerns.
