As long as you rinse it off your face well, and don’t ingest any, you should be safe to use any type of face wash. If you would prefer to use gluten-free products, read the ingredients list and avoid any product that uses wheat, barley, rye, triticum, hordeum or secale.

Body soap

As long as you rinse the soap off your body well, you should be safe to use any type of body soap. If you would prefer to use gluten-free products, read the ingredients list and avoid any product that uses wheat, barley or rye.

Hand soap

Dish soap

We have not heard any reports of dish soap that contains gluten. As long as you are washing the soap off of the dishes, you should be safe to use it!
