The Nitty Gritty of Gluten-Free Food Manufacturing and Production

Join The Celiac Center at Paoli Hospital for the in-person or online special presentation of The Nitty Gritty of Gluten-Free Food Manufacturing and Production. This educational program will be interactive with a live audience, but people may also register to attend as a webinar. This event is ideal for anyone interested in learning more about the processes in place to produce and manufacture gluten-free food products.

The presentation will feature an introduction from Dr. Keith Laskin, Medical Director of the Celiac Center and guest Anne Roland Lee, MSED, RD, LD, Director of Nutritional Services, Schar USA.
