GREAT Kitchens Training at Gluten/Allergen Free Expo

Put training behind your gluten-free menu by joining the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) at Heartland of America’s Gluten/Allergen Free Expo.

Gluten-free cooking goes beyond simply using gluten-free ingredients. NFCA’s GREAT Kitchens program teaches foodservice professionals how to safely prepare and serve gluten-free meals. This course will teach the essential protocols for cooking gluten-free and help restaurants earn the trust of gluten-free diners through the implementation of the GREAT Kitchens training.

Time: 3-4:30 p.m.

Cost: $150 per restaurant locations
$25 for each additional employee per location
