Actress Miley Cyrus is the latest celebrity to go gluten-free. The former Disney Channel star tweeted that she has “a gluten and lactose allergy” on April 8 in response to accusations of an eating disorder.
“It’s not about weight it’s about health,” she tweeted.
The actress, best known for her role on the kids show “Hannah Montana,” encouraged everyone to try going gluten-free for a week. “The change in your skin, phyisical and mental health is amazing! U won’t go back!” she tweeted.
