Hi! My name is Talia, and I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2013. I am from Los Angeles, CA, where I live after graduating from college in New York City. Even after spending a lifetime in big cities where the gluten-free diet is well known, I have been driven to promote awareness of celiac disease and connect with others. I am excited by the mission of Beyond Celiac and look forward to engaging with the community.
