After being diagnosed with a gluten allergy, Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Raul Ibanez has become the latest professional athlete to improve his health and performance through a gluten-free diet.

“They used to believe it was 90% training and 10% nutrition, and now they believe it may be 90% nutrition and 10% training,” he told CSN Philly. “That’s how big a deal it is.”
