Hi, I’m Evan! My doctor diagnosed me with celiac disease three years ago. I went straight to Whole Foods and overhauled my diet. Looking back, my diagnosis has been one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. The difference in how I feel now compared to before my diagnosis is truly night and day.
I’m passionate about increasing awareness of celiac disease, especially the importance of education around cross-contact and living safely on a gluten-free diet. I’m excited and grateful to be part of the Beyond Celiac team and look forward to helping make a difference in our community.
