Shrimp with Roasted Tomatoes, Garlic and Feta

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 Campari tomatoes, quartered
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lemon, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
