Jicama Slaw

Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 small jicama, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl; toss until well combined. Serve immediately.
