At the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA), we take some time each year to look back on all we’ve accomplished. Now, as we mark 10 years of serving those affected by celiac disease and other gluten-related disorders, we thought it would be a good time to reflect on some of our favorite achievements – and the steps we took to get there.
