Gluten-Free Supplies List for Kids
At the beginning of every school year, you probably get a list of things you’ll need for school. Well, there are also things you’ll need to help you stay gluten-free. Here are some things to keep in your kitchen so you can always have something good and gluten-free to eat. (Thanks to our Facebook fans for their suggestions!)
Remember: If someone in your family eats gluten, make sure your gluten-free supplies are kept in a separate place. It also helps to have your own set of tools for making gluten-free food.
Handy Things:
- Mixing bowls
- Mixing spoon
- Strainer
- Pots and pans
- Aluminum foil
- Parchment paper
- Cupcake pan and liners
- Apple slicer
- Whisk
- Spatulas
- Apron
- Rolling pin
- Recipe box (to keep your favorite recipes in)

Don’t forget to always keep lots of fresh fruit and vegetables around the house. Those are naturally gluten-free and full of important vitamins and nutrients!
