Gluten-Free Maple Bacon Bars

Servings: 9×13 pan (cut into 24 bars)

Ingredients: Gluten-Free Maple Bacon Bars

For Bars:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. maple extract
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 box Boar’s Head Fully Cooked Bacon, cooked crispy to package directions

For Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup confectioners powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. maple extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix butter, sugar, maple extract and egg yolk until blended.
  2. In separate bowl, mix together flour and salt. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture.
  3. Press into ungreased 9×13 pan. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Combine confectioners sugar, butter, cream cheese, maple syrup and maple extract in large bowl and beat with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  5. Spread frosting over cooled crust and sprinkle top with crispy bacon. Cut into bars to serve.
