Makes 32 (2 Tbsp.) servings
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 package McCormick Gluten-Free Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, un-drained
- 1 lb. process cheese spread, cubed
- Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- Stir in Seasoning Mix and tomatoes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in process cheese spread until smooth. Serve hot with gluten-free tortilla chips.
