Banana Coconut Smoothie

Serves 2.

Ingredients:Gluten-Free Banana Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup pineapple or orange juice


1. PLACE all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.

2. POUR into tall glasses. Serve immediately.
