There are so many of you out there that bake amazinggluten-free cookies! There are some of us, though, that might need some more practice before we share our cookies with the family.

Gluten-free baking takes a lot of patience and a little trial and error. The bright side? You don’t have to waste your “errors!” If you made a mistake with your gluten-free cookies (short of burning them to a crisp), follow the directions above for a simple and tasty gluten-free pie crust.
