The Gluten Free Discussion Group (Walnut Creek and Contra Costa County) invites you to a gluten-free potluck with guest speaker Dave Morris of Triumph Dining. Guests are welcome! Triumph Dining publishes The Essential Gluten Free Grocery Guide and The Essential Gluten Free Restaurant Guide. Morris will be speaking on the growth of the gluten-free market for both packaged goods and quick-serve restaurants and provide insight as to how and why large food providers are entering the gluten-free market.
