Maintaining a strict, lifelong gluten-free diet is a must for people with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity.  The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) is teaming up with GO Veggie! Nutrition Ambassador Katie Cavuto, MS, RD to share tips and insights on staying gluten-free for life in an upcoming Twitter chat.
