Gluten-free cooking goes beyond simply using gluten-free ingredients. NFCA's GREAT Kitchens program teaches foodservice professionals how to safely prepare and serve gluten-free meals. This course will teach the essential protocols for cooking gluten-free and help restaurants earn the trust of gluten-free diners through the implementation of the GREAT Kitchens training.
