About the Panelist:
Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2007, Pete Bronski is an endurance athlete and one of NFCA's Athletes for Awareness since 2009. In the years since his diagnosis, Pete has competed as an adventure racer and ski mountaineering racer, then as an Xterra off-road triathlete (where he competed in the 2009 U.S. national championship), and most recently as an ultramarathon-distance trail runner (he took 7th place at a 50+ mile trail running race in fall 2010).
Pete and his wife, Kelli, are the bloggers behind the popular No Gluten, No Problem blog, and the coauthors of the cookbooks, Artisanal Gluten-Free Cooking and Artisanal Gluten-Free Cupcakes, the latter of which came out this month!
