New York Restaurant Hosts their First-Ever Gluten-Free Buffet

Amy Rota-Poulin of Gluten-Free with Amy and O’Tooles Restaurant and Pub in Queensbury, NY hosted a buffet to celebrate their completion of the Gluten-Free Resource Awareness and Training (GREAT) Kitchens program.

Instead of meeting in their usual location, the Glen Falls Regional and Saratoga Springs Celiac Support Groups headed to O’Tooles Restaurant and Pub in Queensbury, New York for their first-ever gluten-free buffet.

The group gathered for their April meeting as well as to celebrate O’Tooles’ completion of the Gluten-Free Resource Education and Awareness Training (GREAT) Kitchens program. This National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) program teaches restaurants how to safely prepare gluten-free food.

Amy Rota-Poulin, author of Cooking Gluten Free with Amy, was in attendance and shared post-event coverage on her blog. Head to the Cook Gluten Free with Amy Facebook page for more event coverage, including photos!
