“Kate Plus 8” star delivers specialty cupcake to gluten-free man.
After wowing judges on “Cupcake Wars” not once, but twice, gluten-free cupcakes have earned another spot in the limelight. This time, Kate Gosselin of TLC’s “Kate Plus 8” fulfilled a request for a gluten-free cupcake while filming at a cupcake shop.
During the episode, Kate offers a passer-by a cupcake. When he asks whether it is gluten-free, she retreats to the cupcake shop and asks whether they have gluten-free cupcakes available. Though Kate appeared doubtful, the staff delivered on cue and presented a gluten-free cupcake.
After the man left, gluten-free cupcake in hand, Kate confessed, “I just can’t do the dietary requirements.”
